Responsible use.

Sentinel Telemetry is a governance tool, not a surveillance tool. These commitments are built into the product — not just this page.

  • Transparency to employees, by construction. Any reporting level active on a machine is always visible to that employee on their own dashboard. No stealth mode exists.
  • No personal-account interception. Prompt content is collected only for org-managed enterprise accounts, via each vendor's compliance API. We never intercept personal accounts or scrape screens.
  • Data minimization first. Deployments start at anonymous metrics; full-content compliance mode is an explicit organizational choice with retention controls and source-side redaction.
  • Deploying organizations carry the duty of notice. Lawful basis and employee notification are the deploying organization's responsibility; we provide the controls — transparency, minimization, RBAC, retention — that make a compliant, fair deployment practical.
