This policy explains what limited information we handle when you visit this website or contact us. This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic; it runs no advertising pixels and no cross-site ad tracking. Important: this covers the marketing website only — the Sentinel Telemetry product itself makes no unsolicited outbound calls and runs entirely on your own infrastructure.

This website, sentineltelemetry.com, is operated by HeuristicLabs Solutions Private Limited ("HeuristicLabs", "we", "us"), the maker of Sentinel Telemetry, at EN-27 Advantage Tower, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091, India. Note on the product vs. this website. This policy covers only this marketing website. The Sentinel Telemetry product is deployed on infrastructure that you, the customer, own and operate; we do not receive, host, or process data handled by your deployment. Data handling inside the product is governed by your own policies and your license agreement, not by this notice.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and the content you choose to share (for example, your name, work email, company, and what you're trying to solve).
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for operational, performance, and security purposes.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymised traffic — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. Google sets cookies and processes this data as our processor. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to measure site usage. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or via any consent choice we present in your region.
